Our 4-bedroom student apartments are rented by the room with individual leases. Your students rent includes wireless internet, a fully furnished space, access to our amazing amenities, and more!

UCity Flats is here to help all of our applicants search for the perfect roommate. We'll send each applicant a roommate questionnaire with questions like cleanliness, active hours, preferred activities, and more. We then individually review each application and connect potential roommates together so you can see if you click before committing to signing a lease! 

Yes! Our on-site maintenance is always on-call to respond to your students maintenance needs quickly and professionally.

Our private study pods provide our student residents with a quiet and secluded area to get to work without needing to spend countless hours at the library. Our pods include a desk, chair, and wide-screen TV for working on presentations. We also have conference rooms for students to prepare group projects, and pods with room for multiple students, so you can have a study buddy!

Each bedroom in our 4-bedroom suites includes a full bed with storage drawers, a desk, and a chair. The living/dining common area includes a couch, chair, coffee table, and a 4-person kitchen table with stools. Our kitchens include stainless steel appliances and we also include in-unit washers and dryers.

Yes! At UCity Flats we believe in the importance of building communities, which is why we host events for our residents every 2-4 weeks. From our gourmet demonstration kitchen to our state-of-the-art fitness center, we have plenty of versatile spaces to plan activities that help bring our residents together.
