Our University City apartments range from 930 to 990 square feet of space. Each bedroom in these 4-bedroom suites includes a full bed with storage drawers, a desk, and a chair. The living/dining common area includes a couch, chair, coffee table, and 4-person kitchen table with stools.

• The kitchens are outfitted with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, while the living areas include oversized windows and hardwood-style floors.
• Other amenities include an in-unit washer & dryer, central air, and dishwasher, which add to your everyday convenience.
